End Of Frame, Game Or Match
At the completion of any break when that player
has left the table and then when only the colours and the cue ball
(if not in-hand) remain on the table, and if four (4) or more snookers are
required, the referee will 'award' the frame 'against' the player requiring the
snookers. (i.e 40 or more behind when all the reds are gone)
Foul And A Miss
When a Foul and a Miss has been called twice
consecutively in a full snookered situation and the offending
player has been requested to play again from the original position, he shall be
warned by the Referee that if he is called a third time for a 'Foul and a Miss',
the next player will have the following options:
- Request the offending player to play from
where the balls have come to rest.
- Play himself from where the balls have come to
rest.
- Play himself from in-hand with all balls
remaining as where they have come to rest.
When a Foul and a Miss has been called, the
offending player must, in every attempt, demonstrate that he is making a
genuine effort to strike the ball on.
